The teacher who refused to let one more child be "average."
Karishma did not start with a brand. She started with a quiet frustration. Sitting across from brilliant Cambridge, IB, AP and SAT students, watching them drown in nine subjects, internal assessments, EE, TOK, CAS, AP exams, SAT prep and a college list that grew heavier every term. Bright children, told by crowded classrooms that they were not built for these curricula, not made for the universities they secretly dreamed of.
She had taught long enough to know the truth. There are no average students. Only average systems. International curricula are not harder, they are deeper. They reward thinking, not memorising. Yet most tutoring still hands every child the same notes, the same pace, the same revision plan, then asks the child to bend.
That is why Karishma built Preps on a science backed, differentiation methodology. Every child is mapped first, their grasp, their gaps, their learning style, their goal university, their schedule.
